Thursday, August 9
Day 1
 Noon - 6 pm
Registration table open at Deerfoot Inn. Hospitality room with vendors open.
6 pm - 11 pm
Meet & Greet event at Ranchman's Cookhouse & Dancehall (9615 MacLeod Trail S)
  • 6 pm - 7 pm: 2 buses will be available to transport guests to Ranchman's.
  • 6:30 pm - 8 pm: Beef-on-a-bun dinner provided at Ranchman's.
  • 8 pm: Free Country line dancing lessons begin.
  • 10 pm - 11 pm: Bus begins return loop to Deerfoot Inn.
  • Mechanical bull rides available at Ranchman's for a cost of $10 per person.
  • WITW registration table at Ranchman's for those who get to Deerfoot Inn after 6 pm.
Friday, August 10
Day 2
7:30-10 am & 3-6 pm
Registration table open at Deerfoot Inn.
9 am - 4 pm

Group Ride - Highwood Pass (see Rides page for details)

  • Staggered departures begin at 9 am.
  • Groups will be staggered so that half ride the pass from West to East while others ride East to West.
  • A bag lunch will be provided so groups can stop where they choose for a lunch break.
10 am - 3 pm

Motorcycle Maintenance Symposium at Motorrad in Turner Valley

  • Pre-registration required.
  • This will be a combination of a shorter group ride option plus an educational symposium. 
  • Lunch available at Motoburrito food truck. A voucher for the burrito or burger of your choice will be provided to symposium participants.
3 pm - 5 pm
Hospitality room with vendors open.
5 pm - 6 pm
Educational Symposium
6 pm - 8 pm
Buffet Dinner at Deerfoot Inn
8 pm - 10 pm
Founder's Cup Challenge Games (bar available)
Saturday, August 11
Day 3
7:30 am - 9 am
Registration table open at Deerfoot Inn.
9 am - 11:30 am

WITW General Meeting

11:30 am - Noon
Group Photo
Noon - 6 pm

Hospitality room with vendors open. (May also open from 8 am - 9 am.)

Noon - 1:30 pm

Lunch break. Guests responsible for their own lunch. (*Drumheller ride may need to leave right after group photo.)

1:30 pm - 5 pm

Group Rides. A number of shorter, scenic ride options will be provided with maps or group leaders and sweeps  (see Rides page for details).

6 pm - 6:30 pm
Cocktails
6:30 pm - 8 pm

Banquet/Awards Dinner. Theme: Cowgirl Up!

Guest speaker during dinner: Rae S. McKenzie. Rae is the author of Love, Laughs & Road Rage. She will share stories of her attempt to save her marriage as her husband battled PTSD and they rode around Canada & the United States.

WITW Awards

Entertainment provided by local DJ, Chantel Berkley.

Sunday, August 12
Day 4
6 am - Noon

Riders depart throughout the day. We hope to see some of you at the 2018 Canadian National Rally – August 16-18, 2018 in Edmonton, AB.
